Pivo uses the phone's internal storage. Depending on your smartphone model and the internal storage capacity, the maximum length you can record varies.
iOS users can record a video as long as the phone storage can save them. While Android users can record up to 4GB files each time due to Android's restriction.
Please note that the length of the video can differ depending on the resolution used (for Pivo+: the video resolution is fixed at 1080p, for Pivo Play: resolution size can be changed depending on the smartphone's model), the higher the resolution the faster it reaches the 4GB limitation.
Troubleshooting
1. Check your phone's internal storage (excluding external and cloud storage) to ensure there is enough space for recording videos.
2. If only a few gigabytes remain, free up space by deleting unnecessary files. Back up important files to cloud storage before deleting them.
3. If there is sufficient storage, try removing and reinstalling the application. It's also recommended to use both Pivo+ and Pivo Play to see if the issue is resolved.
