Downloading Pivo Present
To use Pivo Present, you need both Pivo Present Chrome extension/desktop app and the Pivo Present Mobile App.
- First, download the Chrome Extension here. The application only works in a Chrome Browser on your computer. For the desktop app version, download it here.
- Next, download and open the Pivo Present App from the App Store or Google Play Store
- Sign into Pivo Present using your Pivo Account information. This will be the same ID and Password you use to sign in to all other Pivo apps
- Make sure that Bluetooth is turned on to connect to Pivo, and you have an internet connection for pairing
Pairing the Pivo Present Chrome Extension and the Pivo Present Mobile App
You should pair the Pivo Present Chrome extension with the Pivo Present mobile app to send the audio and video feed from your smartphone. The connection is made simply by scanning a QR code from the Chrome extension.
- Launch the Pivo Present Chrome extension on your computer. Make sure you pin Pivo Present to the toolbar in Chrome browser settings.

Note: Make sure you scan the QR code on an actual website instead of the default Google homepage. Connect all your devices to the same WiFi for a stronger connection.
