Downloading Pivo Tour

• First, download and open the Pivo Tour app from the App Store or Google Play Store 
• Make sure that Bluetooth is turned on to connect to the Pivo Pod, and you have WiFi connected to create your Pivo Account
• You can connect your Pivo Tour app to your Pivo Pod from within the application before you start creating a Tour
• Sign in to Pivo Tour using your Pivo Account information or create a Pivo Account within the app

Creating a Pivo Account

Create a Pivo Account using a valid email address:

• Tap Create account under the Log In button
• Fill out the sign up form
• Confirm your registration by email
  Note: Check your inbox and junk mail, or search for noreply@getpivo.com if you can't find the verification email
• Go back to the app and log in into your new account

Creating a Contact Profile

In Pivo Tour, you have access to your Pivo Account information and can also make a Contact Profile for the viewers of your Tour to contact you. You can access your account information in the Settings tab located at the bottom right of the screen.

1. Contact Profile: This will be the public account the viewers of your Tours will have access to. Here you can update your:

1. 1. Profile picture
   2. Name
   3. Email address
   4. Contact phone number
   5. Facebook page
   6. LinkedIn page
   7. Description about you (e.g. what you do, where you work, who you are: be creative!)

2. Pivo Account: This is your Pivo Account. You can edit your account information here. This account can be used to access all other Pivo apps.
