Pivo Tour is available for free when you buy the Pivo Pod Real Estate Edition. A one-time subscription fee of USD 199.99 is required for users of different Pods to use Pivo Tour. You may purchase the Pivo Tour app here.
If you have a different Pod and paid the one-time subscription fee, an activation email will be sent to you via email.
- Check your inbox and junk mail, or search for noreply@getpivo.com look for an email with the subject title: Pivo Tour App Purchase.
- Once you've located the email, you can enable your app by clicking the Activate button.
- The Activate button will direct you to a page where you're asked to log in.
- Make sure you're signing in using the same email address and password used to log in to your other Pivo apps. If you don't have a Pivo Account yet, you can sign up on the page.
- Download and open the Pivo Tour app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Log in using your Pivo Account information (the same information used when activating the app).
If you already have installed the Pivo Tour app on your smartphone, simply restart your app and log in with your Pivo Account.
