Pivo Present is available for free to Pod One, Pod Active, Pod Gold, and Pod Black users. You may purchase the Pivo Present App here.
If you have Pod Lite and paid the one-time subscription fee, an activation email will be forwarded to your inbox.
- Check your inbox and look for an email with the subject title: Pivo Present App Purchase. If you can't find it, please check your junk mail, or search for noreply@getpivo.com.
- Once you've located the email, you can enable your app by clicking the Activate button.
- The Activate button will direct you to a page where you're asked to log in.
- Make sure you're logging in using the same email address and password used to login in to your other Pivo Apps
- Download and open the Pivo Present App from the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Log in using your Pivo Account information.
If you already have installed the Pivo Present app on your smartphone, simply restart your app, click on 'Already bought the app?', and log in.
