There could be various reasons why your Pivo Present isn’t connecting with Chrome Extension. Many times, your fix is as easy as checking your internet connectivity. Use the guide below to figure out why you can't pair to the extension:

1. Check to make sure you have the latest version of both the Pivo Present app and Chrome extension:

• • To check the version of your Pivo Present App:
    • Open Google Play / App Store
    • Search for Pivo Present in your apps lists
    • Check if there's an update available
  • To check the version of your Chrome Extension: 
    • Open your Google Chrome browser 
    • Go to chrome://extensions 
    • Turn on Developer Mode by ticking the button at the upper right hand corner
    • Search for Pivo Present
    • Click Details
    • Select Update at the upper left hand corner

     2. Check if your laptop/PC and smartphone both have internet connection
     3. Check in the mobile app if you've given access to the camera, microphone, and bluetooth
     4. Reconnect by scanning the QR code from your Chrome extension

If the steps provided above don't work, try restarting your phone and Pivo Present app. You can also try reinstalling the app.
