There are two reasons why the automatic download of your Pivo Present recording has not been saved.

Internet connection was lost during the download

Not enough storage in the device

If you have multiple directories on your computer and the one you're currently using is full, you can either:

Clear some of your memory

Change the directory or the folder of where your Google Chrome files are being saved
Note: This action will not only affect Pivo Present files but all your Google Chrome downloads. To do this, you may follow the guide below:

On your computer, open Chrome

At the top right, click More and then Settings

At the bottom, click Advanced

Under the Downloads section, adjust your download settings

Click Change and select where you'd like your files to be saved

If you'd rather choose a specific location for each download, check the box next to Ask where to save each file before downloading.
