By default, videos recorded on Pivo Present are saved as webm files. This file type doesn't work on some video players. You can refer to the list of players that can play your videos below:
- VLC Media Player
- 5K Player
- Browsers
Note: You can also use VLC Media Player to convert the file type to MP4, which would work on almost any media player.
