The Horse Tracking feature uses the back camera by default. However, if you wish or are more comfortable, using the front camera, you can follow the instructions below to enable it within the Settings.
1. Open the Pivo+ app and tap on Settings (icon in the upper right-hand corner)
2. Toggle the button until it's red to Enable Front Camera
Note: If following the steps above still doesn't allow you to use the front camera, close the app, and restart both the Pivo Pod and the phone. If the problem persists, please email support@getpivo.com for further technical assistance.
