If your Pivo Pod is not charging, try the troubleshooting steps below:
- Use a different micro USB cable
- Plug directly into an outlet with 220V output
- If you're already plugged into an outlet, try a different socket
If your Pivo Pod still doesn't turn on, send us an email at support@pivo.ai. Include your order number and a video showing all the following steps and elements below:
- The Pivo Pod being charged for more than 10 min
- The LED light not lighting up while being charged
- After charging for 10 min, pressing and holding the power button for 5 sec
- The Pivo Pod not turning on while pressing the button
If the file is too large, you can upload it to Google Drive or Dropbox and share the link with us or upload it to YouTube as unlisted and share the link.
