Pivo uses the phone's internal storage. Depending on your smartphone model and the internal storage capacity, the maximum length you can record varies.
Users using iOS or Android 11 and later can record a video as long as the phone storage can save them. However users with Android 10 or lower versions can record up to 4GB files each time due to Android's restriction.
Please note that the length of the video can differ depending on the resolution used (resolution size can be changed from the Settings), the higher the resolution the faster it consumes your storage.
Troubleshooting
1. Check your phone's internal storage (excluding external and cloud storage) to ensure there is enough space for recording videos.
2. If only a few gigabytes remain, free up space by deleting unnecessary files. Back up important files to cloud storage before deleting them.
3. If there is sufficient storage, try removing and reinstalling the application. It's also recommended to use both Pivo Track and Pivo Play to see if the issue is resolved.
