To connect Pivo to your smartphone you need to download the app. Please visit the "App store" or "Google Play Store" and search for Pivo Pod to download the app.
Make sure Pivo is charged. To charge your Pivo use the included USB cable.
Make sure Pivo is turned on.
Make sure your Bluetooth and location are turned on.
Please confirm that Pivo is within the range of Bluetooth signal.
