Remote control is not working
- Make sure the remote control is within a distance of 50ft/15m.
- Make sure there is a clear, unobstructed path between your Pivo pod and the remote.
- Check the Bluetooth connection via Pivo app (not native Bluetooth option on your phone).
- Check the remaining battery. Replace the batteries if needed.
