Create an account with email

1. Go to the App Store/Google Play Store and download Pivo Play
2. Open the Pivo Play app and tap “Yes, I got Pivo”
3. Create a Pivo account using a valid email address
   - Tap Create account under the Log In button
   - Fill out the sign-up form
   - Confirm your registration by email
   *Check your inbox and junk mail, or search for noreply@getpivo.com if you can't find the verification email.
4. Go back to the app and login into your new account
   - Tap “Allow” permission to the microphone, photo album, and voice recognition

Note: When creating an account or logging in using email, please ensure there are no extra spaces next to or within your email address. If you didn't receive any verification email, please click here for more information.

Create an account with Facebook/Google Account

Apart from creating an account manually with your email address, you can log in with your Facebook or Google Account with the following steps: 

1. Go to the App Store/Google Play Store and download the Pivo Play app
2. Open the Pivo Play and tap “Yes, I got Pivo”
3. At the login page, click on either the Facebook icon or Google icon below the 'Login' button
4. Once you're logged into the app, tap “Allow” permission to the microphone, photo album, and voice recognition
