What is the Promotion Policy?

Here are some things to take note of when enjoying our promotion offers:

• Promotion offers are limited to a one-time use

• Promotion offers are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the original recipient

• Limit of one promotion code per transaction

• Discount codes aren't applicable to shipping charges

• Promotions & discount codes can't be applied to previously placed orders

• Discount codes aren't transferable or redeemable for cash or credit

• To apply a promotion code, you must enter it prior to completing the order

• Promotions & promotion codes aren't retroactive and price adjustments won't be issue to previously placed orders
• Discount codes cannot be used together with active promotions on the website (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, End of Year etc.)

How do I use my discount link?

1. Click on the discount link listed in the promotion email. You'll be taken to the web store.
2. Add your selections to your shopping cart and go to checkout.
3. Your promotion will automatically be applied to your order and will be reflected in the total amount. The discount amount will be listed in the “Discount" line.

Note: Only one discount can be used per order. Discounts can't be applied to previous purchases. 

How do I use my promotion code?

1. Add your selections to your shopping cart and go to checkout and please make sure the promotional items are in the shopping cart as well.
2. Enter your promotion code in the “Gift card or discount code” box.
   Please make sure there are no spaces before or after the code. We suggest copying and pasting the code directly.
3. Click the “Apply” button.
4. Your promotion code will automatically be applied to your order and will be reflected in the total amount. The discount amount will be listed in the “Discount" line.
