If the tracking for your package shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend the following:
- Confirm the shipping address. Make sure the shipping address provided is correct by checking your shipping confirmation email.
- Check around the delivery location. Carrier may have placed it in a secure location out of view of the street. Look around your delivery location for the package or a notice of attempted delivery.
- Check if someone else accepted the delivery. See if a neighbor, colleague, or other resident received the package.
- Contact the post office in charge of the final delivery. Most post offices can provide the exact delivery location of your package.
