Pivo supports the usage of Bluetooth and wired microphones/earphones as an audio source through the Pivo Track application.
We recommend using the Pivo Wireless Mic for the possible best experience.
For troubleshooting, it would be best to contact the company of the third-party accessory to be guided properly.
If you're using a lavalier microphone, you need to make sure that it's plugged in using a TRRS audio jack, either natively or via an adapter (e.g. TRS to TRRS adapter).
