If your Pivo Pod is not charging, please try the troubleshooting steps below:
- Use a different charging adapter and cable
- Plug directly into an outlet with 220V output
- If you're already plugged into an outlet, try a different socket
If your Pivo Pod still doesn't turn on, send us an email at support@pivo.ai. Include your order number and after charging the Pod for one hour, please send us a video showing:
- Show that the LED light is not lighting up while being charged
- Pressing and holding the power button for 3-5 seconds
- The Pivo Pod not turning on while pressing the button
If the file is too large, please upload it to Google Drive or Dropbox and share the link with us or upload it to YouTube as unlisted and share the link so we can relay this to our engineers for them to look into.
Once we get these details, we'll be able to check what we can do under our Hardware Warranties policy.
