For taking advantage of all Pivo features, you need to use Pivo Pod with the Pivo Play app on your smartphone. Make sure you have the correct app installed on your phone. Find the download links below:
If you have the correct app and still having trouble connect the Pod to your Pivo Play app, try clearing your phone's memory by following the steps below:
- Turn off your smartphone
- Turn off your Pivo Pod
- Turn on both your smartphone and Pivo Pod
- Pair again as shown in this video: How to Turn On and Pair Your Pivo Pod
We may need to check for a hardware defect if issue persists after restarting both your phone and Pivo Pod. To do so, use an Android phone and check whether Pivo shows up under your Bluetooth devices. Follow the guide below to perform this:
- Make sure your Pivo Pod is turned on
- Open the Bluetooth Settings
- Turn on Bluetooth
- Wait for the available devices to load
- Check if you see Pivo (for Pod Red and Silver) or PivoB (for Pod Black) on the list of available devices
If you don't see Pivo under the list of all active devices, send us a video showing the following elements alongside with your order number to support@getpivo.com:
- Pivo Pod on
- Bluetooth on
- Pivo Pod not showing on the list of your Bluetooth Device
- Try connecting to the Pivo app showing that it doesn't pair successfully
