For the best possible tracking experience, please take note of the following:
- Pivo tracks on visual detection, and the tracking feature will only be able to start tracking once it can detect the full shape of a four-legged pet animal (body and four legs).
- For Pivo to see the tracking target clearly, it is recommended that the object you are tracking covers at least 10% of the phone's screen.
- The tracking quality also depends on factors such as lighting, distance, movement speed, and your smartphone camera's specifications.
