Introduction
Introducing Pivo Cloud Storage—your extra space for all your Pivo-created content! No more worries about running out of storage. Capture more moments with Pivo's auto-tracking feature and easily store your photos and videos.
All users get a free 3GB cloud storage that can be accessed by following the steps below.
Accessing Cloud Storage
1. From Pivo Track's Gallery Page, tap the Profile icon to access more options.
2. Under My Pivo, tap Pivo Cloud. From here, you will also see the currently used and available storage space:
3. Tap Go to Pivo Cloud to see all the files uploaded to your cloud storage. Increasing the storage size will be available in the future.
4. If you're logging in for the first time, enter your Pivo account log-in information (same account used in the app).
5. After logging in, you'll be routed to the My Cloud page and it will show all the files you have uploaded, if any.
Uploading to Pivo Cloud Storage
1. After taking a photo/video using the Pivo Track app, go to the app's Gallery page. From there, either open the file or press and hold the file you want to upload.

2. Tap the Upload to cloud icon and it will show you the uploading page. Please stay on this screen until uploading is finished.
3. Once uploaded, you may check the Pivo Cloud page and the file will appear there.
Note
• Files saved in the Pivo Track app are stored locally on your phone, while files uploaded to Pivo Cloud are stored separately. These two storage locations are independent, so deleting a file from one will not affect the other.
• Upload time may vary depending on file size, internet speed, and connection stability. To avoid data loss, always double-check the upload status and ensure files are fully uploaded to Pivo Cloud before deleting them from the Pivo Track app.
• The option to upgrade your plan for even more storage and exciting features will be available in the near future.
