Pivo offers various subscription plans to suit your needs. To update your plan, follow these simple steps:
From the website:
1. Visit https://app.pivo.ai/plans and log in with your Pivo account.
2. Select your preferred plan and click "Upgrade."
3. Choose your billing option (currently, only monthly billing is available).
4. Under Payment Methods, click "Change" and then "Add".
5. Enter your credit card details and click "Add card to account".
6. Click "Change to Basic" to finalize your plan update.
Note: Plan changes take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. For cancellations, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
