Pivo offers various subscription plans to suit your needs. To update your plan, follow these simple steps:
Using the website
1. Visit https://app.pivo.ai/plans and log in with your Pivo account.

2. Select your preferred plan and click "Upgrade."

3. Choose your billing option (currently, only monthly billing is available).

4. Under Payment Methods, click "Change" and then "Add".

5. Enter your credit card details and click "Add card to account".

6. Click "Change to Basic" to finalize your plan update.

Using the Pivo Track App
1. From the Pivo Track App's Gallery page, tap the Profile Icon.

2. Once on the My Pivo page, tap Pivo Cloud.

3. Then tap Get more storage.

4. A new page will open from the phone's browse. Log in to your Pivo account, select Personal Information, and tap Subscription.

5. After tapping Subscription, select Change plan.

6. Scroll through this page and select a plan you want to get.

7. Add the payment method for your plan change and tap Change to Basic/Standard/Free.

8. A confirmation page will be shown with the details of the plan and payment.

Note: Plan upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades will reflect at the end of the current billing cycle. For cancellations, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
