Downloading Pivo Tour
1. First, download and open the Pivo Tour app by clicking: App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
2. Make sure that Bluetooth is turned on to connect to the Pivo Pod, and that you're connected to WiFi to create your Pivo Account
3. You can connect your Pivo Tour app to your Pivo Pod from within the application before you start creating a Tour
4. Sign in to Pivo Tour using your Pivo Account information or create a Pivo Account from within the app.
Creating an account
1. Creating an account is a simple process. After launchg Pivo Tour, tap Create account.
2. Fill out the sign up form to complete the process. You can also choose to sign up for an account with your Google or Facebook Account. Simply click on the Facebook or Google icons to sign up using your preferred platform. Tap the checkbox and the Create account box.
3. Enter the code sent to your email to verify your account. Check your inbox and junk mail, or search for noreply@pivo.ai if you can't find the verification email.
4. Once you've entered the verification code, click on Verify and you're ready to log into your Pivo account and enjoy your Pivo experience.
Activating Pivo Tour license
1. Check your email and look for the license email sent by noreply@getpivo.com. The license duration depends on the product/pack you purchased. Pivo Tour License is only needed for Pivo Pro Max and the standalone Pivo Tour 1 year license. If you have the regular Pivo Pro, then a license is not needed.
2. Open the email and click Activate.
3. Once routed to the activation page, click Activate.
4. You're all set. You can now use the account with Pivo Tour.
Signing in and connecting to the Pod
1. On the log in page, type the log in credentials you created and tap Log in. If you signed up using the Gmail or Facebook function, please tap on of those icons accordinly.
2. After logging in, you'll be greeted by the home page of Pivo Tour. To connect your Pod and start creating a tour, tap Create tour.
3. Please make sure that your Pivo Pod and the Bluetooth function on your smartphone are turned on on. Tap Connect for the application to scan your Pivo Pod.
4. After successfully connecting, the on-screen app guide will appear. Please take note of the tips to properly capture your tours.
5. Once everything is properly set up, tap Get started! to begin your real estate tours.
