Pivo

The Pivo Coach Directory helps riders find coaches and allows coaches to create a profile so riders can discover and contact them.

The Coach Directory is available on the web coaches.pivo.app and in the Pivo Track and Pivo Arena Apps.

For Riders

On the Web

1. Visit coaches.pivo.app
2. Use the AI search bar or filter buttons (discipline, language) to search for a coach.
3. Select a coach profile to view more information.
4. Contact the coach using one of the available options:
   • Make a Request Button
   • Or refer to their listed - Email
   • Phone
   • Website
   • WhatsApp
   • Instagram
   • Facebook

In the Pivo Track App

1. Open the Pivo Track App.
2. Navigate to the Coach Directory icon on the bottom right of the screen and click on “Coaches”.
3. Browse the coach profiles.
4. Open a coach profile.
5. Contact the coach directly or make a request.

For Coaches

Joining the Coach Directory is free.

Create a Coach Profile

On the Web

1. Visit coaches.pivo.app.
2. Click Create Your Coach Profile in the top navigation menu.
3. The Pivo Lessons website - meet.pivo.app will open. Sign up for a Pivo Account or Log into your existing one.
4. Complete the coach profile form in the popup window, which you can also find when you click the pink Pivo button in the top navigation bar and choose ‘My Profile’.
5. Make sure to toggle the option to YES on - "I want to be featured in the Coach Directory in Pivo Track App".
6. Submit your profile for review.

In the Pivo Arena App

1. Open the Pivo Arena App.
2. Navigate to the Settings and click on ‘Coach Info’
3. Or, when you create your Pivo Arena Account, mark the "I want to know more and apply for the Coach Directory" option in the onboarding.
4. Complete the profile form.
5. Submit your profile for review.

Once approved, your profile will appear in the Coach Directory and riders will be able to discover and contact you.
