Creating a Pivo Account

To use Pivo Arena, you'll need a Pivo account. When you first open the app, you'll be greeted by the Sign Up / Log In page.

To create a new account:

1. Tap Sign Up on the welcome screen.
2. Enter your email address and tap Continue.
   • You can also sign up using Apple, Google or Facebook.
3. Fill in the sign-up form with your name and password.
4. Tap Agree & Continue.
5. A verification code will be sent to your email address.
6. Enter the verification code in the app and tap Verify.

You're all set! You're now ready to log in to your Pivo account and start using Pivo Arena.

Signing In to an Existing Account

If you already have a Pivo account:

1. Tap Log In on the welcome screen.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Tap Log In.

You can also sign in using your Google or Facebook account by tapping the relevant icon on the sign-in screen.

Forgot Your Password?

1. On the Sign In screen, tap Forgot Password.
2. Enter your email address.
3. A verification email will be sent to your inbox.
4. Enter the code in the app and follow the prompts to reset your password.

Tip: Make sure there is no extra space before or after your email address when signing in, as this can cause errors.
