Horse Handling is a dedicated section within Pivo Arena that allows you to create and manage detailed profiles for each of your horses. Whether you train one horse or manage a full yard, Horse Profiles help you keep all your equestrian information organised in one place.
What Can You Do with Horse Profiles?
With Horse Profiles in Pivo Arena, you can:
- Create individual profiles for each of your horses
- Record key details such as name, breed, age, and photo
- Track training history and progress over time
- Associate recorded videos and journal entries with specific horses
- Easily switch between profiles when managing multiple horses
How to Create a Horse Profile
- Open Pivo Arena and navigate to the My Horses section under Team in the bottom navigation bar.
- Tap Add Horse or the + icon.
- Fill in your horse's details:
- Name and Stable Name
- Profile photo – tap the photo icon to upload or take a photo
Optional:
- Year of birth
- Color
- Studbook
- Pedigree
- Microchip
- Gender
- Access by other Pivo users
- Tap Save to create the profile.
Your horse profile is now set up! You can return to this profile at any time to update information or review linked training content.
Managing Multiple Horses
If you manage more than one horse, you can create a separate profile for each. Switch between profiles from the Horse Handling section on the home screen.
Getting More from Horse Profiles
Horse Profiles work in combination with other Pivo Arena features:
- Video recordings can be tagged to a specific horse for easy review.
- Rider Timeline & Journaling lets you log session notes linked to each horse.
- Use Horse Tracking in Video Mode for hands-free, AI-powered tracking of your horse during sessions.
