What is the Rider Timeline?
The Rider Timeline in Pivo Arena is your personal training history — a chronological record of your riding sessions, videos, and journal entries. Over time, it becomes a powerful tool for tracking your progress and reflecting on your development as a rider.
What is Journaling?
The Journaling feature allows you to add written notes, reflections, and session logs directly to your Rider Timeline. After a training session, you can record:
- How the session went
- What you worked on
- Notes from your coach
- Goals for your next session
- Your horse's mood or behaviour
Think of it as a training diary, built directly into Pivo Arena.
What Does It Look Like?
The Rider Timeline displays a feed of your sessions in chronological order. Each entry can include:
- A video recording from that session
- A journal entry with your notes
- A date and timestamp
- The horse profile associated with that session (if applicable)
How to Add a Journal Entry
- Open Pivo Arena and navigate to the Rider Timeline or Journaling section from the home screen.
- Tap New Entry or the + icon.
- Add your notes in the text field.
- Optionally, attach a:
- Video from your Gallery
- Photo
- Horse profile
- Tap Save to log your entry.
Your entry will now appear in your Rider Timeline, alongside any recorded videos from that session.
Why Use Journaling?
- Track patterns in your riding over weeks and months
- Share session notes with your coach before or after a Lessons session
- Build a reference library of your progress to look back on
- Stay motivated by seeing how far you've come
