If you purchased the Pivo Real Estate pack or the Pivo Tour license, it will let you access the application and use the Pod with a maximum of two Pivo accounts (1 owner and 1 shared user).
The Pivo account used to login the first time will be registered as the owner.
Connecting for the first time
Follow these easy steps to set up your Pivo Tour:
1. After logging in to Pivo Tour and while connecting to your Pod for the first time, you will be routed to the screen shown below. Tap I will use it alone if you want to connect this Pod only to the account that is currently logged in, or tap Share to allow another Pivo account to connect.
2. If you tap I will use it alone, you will be routed to the walkthrough screen. After that, you can start capturing your virtual tours. Should you decide to share the access with another Pivo account, you can always update this under settings.
If you tap Share, you will be forwarded to the screen shown below, where you can enter the other Pivo account's user ID (email address).
3. Enter the user ID (email address) of the other Pivo account and tap Save.
4. After tapping Save, the application will complete the connection process and you will be routed to the walkthrough screen. After that, you can start capturing your virtual tours.

Deleting a secondary user
1. From Pivo Tour's homepage, tap Settings and tap Pivo Pod.
2. You'll see a page showing the connected devices. After this, tap Share or Sharing, depending on your current account settings.
3. The shared user's email address will appear under the owner's name. Tap the trash bin icon to delete the current secondary user.
4. A confirmation message will appear. Tap Delete User to proceed.
5. Type the new email address to add a new secondary user and tap Save.
Error message "This Pod is already shared with two users"
Only a maximum of 2 Pivo accounts can be linked to a Pivo Pod using the Pivo Tour application.
If you encounter an error message related to this restriction such as "this Pod is already shared with two users", kindly ensure that you log in either the Pivo Tour Owner or the registered Guest account or consider purchasing additional seats.
